The team of the Special Parts Division forms the interface between the individual specialist departments (purchasing, sales, technology, quality assurance and logistics). Optimized processes tailored to your needs, combined with great production know-how, form the basis for your products.

Turned parts

Wurth Industry of Canada manufactures precision turned parts, from simple bolts to challenging parts as per drawing or customized sample parts with state-of-the-art machines for all fields of application. Such parts are also produced in complex geometries and from all types of machining, tempering, case-hardening or stainless steels, as well as non-ferrous metals and plastics. Special materials are also included in the product portfolio.

Milled parts

Wurth Industry of Canada manufactures milled parts, from simple components to challenging parts as per drawing or customized sample parts, with state-of-the-art machines and for all fields of application. Milled parts are produced from any machinable material in complex geometries such as case-hardened and tempered steel, stainless steels, non-ferrous metals and plastics. Special materials are also included in the product portfolio.

Cold and hot-formed parts

Wurth Industry of Canada manufactures forming parts by means of various manufacturing methods. Depending on the number of units needed and individual requirements, the company produces pressed parts using either cold or hot forging. Milled parts, from simple components to challenging parts as per drawing or customized sample parts, are produced with state-of-the-art multi-stage presses, for all fields of application and in all strength classes. Any type of malleable steel, non-ferrous metals or special material can be used for this purpose. Subsequent machining is possible.

Stampings, stamped bent parts and bent wire parts

Wurth Industry of Canada manufactures stampings, stamped bent parts and bent wire parts - from simple designs to challenging parts as per drawing or customized sample parts - made of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Combinations of punched, bent and embossed parts can also be supplied. Furthermore, our parts can be used for welding purposes.

Laser parts

Wurth Industry of Canada manufactures laser parts, from simple designs to challenging parts as per drawing or customized sample parts, made of steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Any laser part is manufactured based on extremely high contour precision and in different material strengths.

Post-treatment and surface coating

All special parts and parts designed according to customer drawings can be supplied in accordance with further customer requirements, i.e. with additional heat treatment, mechanical post-treatment, various types of surface finishing, as well as clamping and adhesive thread locks.
